Booking Fees

Our Updated Policy states that Large services will require a 50% Booking Fee.
(appointment will be confirmed by us when payment has been organized)

All booking fees are transferable and Not refundable. You can reschedule your appointment within 72 hours

and be able to use that booking fee towards your next appointment with us.
 
When you rebook your next appointment that booking fee rolls over to secure your appointment. 
This means we are reserving a spot purely for you and we are unavailable for other clients. 

We understand that circumstances may arise and clients may need to change or cancel their appointments. 

Failure to attend an appointment without notice requires the 50% charge for those services/times

booked as compensation to the business.
